For you continued support. Once again the Mission was presented with variety of new hand made quilts from your members. Your ongoing support has made a difference.
Community That Cares
The Mission was recently contacted by Nicola Eye Care clinic here in Kamloops. They wanted to give something back to the community and so proposed an "Eye Care Day" for those unable to afford the exam and/or new eye wear. They assisted over 30 people with a complete exam and provided each person with new eye glasses. Thank-you Nicola Eye Care. We where proud to work along side you and help make this happen. The feed back from those who benefited from this event has been awesome. Many thanks to your staff for their caring.
Telus Community Ambassadors
Over the last few years we have had the privilege of hosting the Telus Ambassadors as they contributed to our lunch program here at the Outreach Centre. There latest effort provided a very nice dinner to almost 100 people. In addition they donated $1000.00 dollars to help us help our community. We are grateful for your continued support and your genuine care and concern for those less fortunate. A big thanks from us to you.
