New Giving Program for the New Life Mission
On May 2, 2006, the Federal budget presented by the Canadian Government eliminated the capital gains tax on donations of publicly listed securities and stocks to registered charities such as the New Life Mission. Publicly listed securities include publically traded stocks, bonds and mutual funds. As a result, when donating any of these to the New Life Mission, you will receive specific tax benefits.

Donate Your Can’s and Bottles to the NLM at General Grants
Take your cans and bottles to General Grants North Shore Depot, tell them you want to donate them to the New Life Mission and they will do the rest. It is another way to give back to the NLM as we work to improve the community.
Scrappers for poverty
This organization will arrange to pick up your scrap metal and donate part of the revenue to the New Life Mission.
